CVO leads New Yr Honours for vet sector

The UK’s CVO has been recognised within the New Yr Honours for her contribution to the veterinary and farming sectors.

Christine Middlemiss was appointed a Companion of the Order of the Tub (CB), an award second solely to a damehood or knighthood, within the checklist printed on 30 December.

Prof Middlemiss, who was appointed CVO in 2018, stated she was really humbled by the award.

Recognition
